How do astrology / tarot / esoteric arts play a role in your life?
They rule my inner world. The mysticism of the world informs most of what I do, in life, in writing, in filmmaking, in art, in continual study of the unknown.

What limiting beliefs / blocks have you worked through to get where you are today? Where do you still want to go?

I’ve learnt that the human habits that many of us grow up with as kids to survive, don’t help us understand the power of our humanity. Working through this, it has helped me continuingly work on, and develop the inner belief that manifestation rules all. Energy affects our reality. Reframing can create quantum waves of reactions to help us along the way.

Why do you think creative exploration and expansion are important in today’s world?

To create self understanding, that which can support our own inner life to outer life, and on a greater scale - these perspectives can support each other in shared wisdoms that come from each of our individual gifts. Once we understand our own path, we can bring clarity, support, and understanding to each other.

What’s your approach to natural wine? Why do you love it? Do you have any rituals?

I love it because —> I feel like I can taste where it was from, what happened when it was made, it’s individual story. Each one is so different from the rest.

How do you nurture balance in your life? Any tips / tricks on how to enjoy yourself and stay grounded?

Spend most of my time in nature, surrounded by nature. Walk. Feel. Cook. Eat fresh food. Grow food. Grow plants. Get dirty. Get clean. Dance. Sleep. Write. Read. Flow when flow comes. Enjoy the good when it's there… & know this shall pass too.

What’s filling your cup this season?

My dog’s reminder to get outside always, and enjoy the simple things.

Filling the vino cup is usually orange wine.

Music..

Who and what is inspiring you right now?

Black and white classics. Under represented filmmakers’ work. Octavia Butler. Somatic healers. Native plants.

Dream dinner party guests – dead or alive.

Murakami. Miyazaki. David Bowie. Albert Einstein. MLK. Dalai Lama - all together…

Where’s your happy place?

Nature. Cuddles in bed. Dreams. Flow state.

What’s the best advice you’d give your younger self?

Feel it all.
