GENERAL
Are all your wines natural?
Absolutely! We're all about featuring wines from small-scale growers who are committed to eco-friendly and minimal-intervention farming and winemaking. They're big on sustainability, go for organic or biodynamic methods, and they usually keep sulfite use to a minimum or skip it altogether. Plus, they're all about that spontaneous fermentation with their local yeasts.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes! You are able to add gift messages to wine club orders and gift orders. If you encounter any trouble shoot us a message at “cheers@cosmicwineclub.com” along with your poetry.
How do I access the digital zine?
Thanks for hanging with us during this transitional time. We’ll email you a PW to access the digital zine.
WINE CLUB
When can I expect to get my wine club delivery each month?
First off, thanks for joining us!
If you ordered on or before the 18th of the month, you will get your delivery at the start of the astrological season which occurs between the 21st- and the 24th of the month.
Your exact delivery time will be based on your choice of shipping or delivery and the details you provide us.

GIFT WINE
What is the turn around time for gift wine delivery?
Gift wines are sent out every Wednesday for delivery by Thursday or Friday at the latest.
Please ensure that there is an adult 21+ or over at the address provided that can sign for the delivery.
How do I set up my custom astrology reading for the Cosmic Expansion gift wine?
Email us at “cheers@cosmicwineclub.com” for instructions.
SHIPPING
What are shipping costs?
We offer a flat rate shipping for $18.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within California.
We’re eying NY, TX, and FL next. If you live there, or anywhere else, and want to be added our waitlist, please email cheers@cosmicwineclub.com
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders ship every Wednesday to deliver by Thursday or Friday.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! We are happy to change your shipping address so long as it is 48 hours before the delivery date. Requests made on the day of delivery are not guaranteed and may incur extra charges if the generated shipping label cannot be refunded.
Does someone need to be home to sign for my or my gift recipient's shipments?
Yes! The UPS carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine club shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine club shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipments.
DELIVERY
When do wine club deliveries go out?
All wine club orders are delivered on the first week of the month.
People who purchase a Cosmic Club subscription on or prior to the 20th of each month will be included in the next scheduled club delivery. People who purchase a Cosmic Club subscription after the 25th of the month will be included in the following month's club delivery. Ex: If you purchase October 20th you will get your wine the first week of November. If you purchase October 26th you will get your wine the first week of December.
Deliveries will occur between the hours of 8am and 6pm. You will get an updated email and/or text with your delivery window. 21+ ID required at delivery.
How long does it take to get my order?
Pending the amount of orders received there will be 1-2 delivery dates scheduled during the first week of the month, during the hours of 8a - 6pm.
Can I change my address for delivery?
Yes! We are happy to change your delivery address so long as it is 48 hours before the delivery date. Requests made on the day of delivery are not guaranteed.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
I’m going out of town, can I pause my subscription while I’m away?
Enjoy the trip! To press pause or make edits, head to your account or send us an email at cheers@cosmicwineclub.com. We'll always send you a notification 3 days before the delivery date to remind you to adjust if needed.
BILLING
How do I update my shipping address, billing address, or credit card information?
You may update this information online under your account. You may also contact us for assistance at cheers@cosmicwineclub.com
RETURNS
What’s your return policy?
Returns aren’t usually an option, given that it's, well, wine. We work on a case by case basis with our members to resolve any issues you may have with your order!
