How do astrology / tarot / esoteric arts play a role in your life?
I do strongly identify as a pisces, in all the stereotypical ways. I am highly sensitive (to a fault honestly) i've always been drawn to creative endeavors, I'm very day-dreamy, I even think I have a proclivity for psychic feelings. i'm am interested in astrology, but I don't take it too seriously. I have a big birthday book on relationships, so I think its fun to look up how you're meant to interact with someone. But not in a way that is exclusionary. Some people I think are somewhat judgemental like "oh i could never date such-and-such sign". But think of them more potential guidelines. If everything has an effect on everything else, why wouldn't the planets play a part in our existence/personalities?
What limiting beliefs / blocks have you worked through to get where you are today?
This feels like a huge question that I don't know if I can answer concisely/ i have way too many issues to lay out in a way that would be interesting to anyone besides my boyfriend or my sister or my therapist (but I pay her for her interest).
In short, i feel limited by my own self doubt. By my insecurities. By my sleeplessness. By my feelings of not having accomplished enough by my age. By convincing myself that no one who "loves me" actually likes me and they're all just pretending to and no-one actually wants to be around me. Besides my sister. I know she loves me.
Why do you think creative exploration and expansion are important in today’s world?
Exploring our existence is the only thing that matters and the only way to appreciate our short shot at being alive!
What’s your approach to natural wine? Why do you love it? Do you have any rituals?
I have a collection of mix-match wine glasses (one from my parents' wedding is a favorite). I love letting guests pick out which cup they'd like to use. Drinking natural wine tastes better, is better for the earth, creates less of a hangover if you overindulge, and makes for a more enjoyable treat!
How do you nurture balance in your life? Any tips / tricks on how to enjoy yourself and stay grounded?
I love taking care of animals. I foster kittens as much as I can. I've been vegetarian for 17 years. I think the more conscious we are of what we consume, the better humanity will be.
What’s filling your cup this season?
Loving my family, loving my friends, creative expression through music acting and dance, and eagerness for the unknown.
Who and what is inspiring you right now?
I am constantly inspired by nature. I've been seeing a lot of coyotes on my hikes through elysian park, which I think is very lucky. I love looking for new colors as the seasons change. And i'm constantly inspired by my family and friends.

My sister, my love, einstein, dolly parton, jane goodall, Prince, Aleister Crowley, emily dickinson, Martin Luther King Jr., Socrates, sacagawea, Charles Darwin, Paul Newman, Cleopatra, (everyone gets a kitten).

What’s the best piece of advice you'd give your younger self?
That just because someone is in a position of power doesn’t mean they know better than you. Trust your gut, do what you want, don’t feel pressure to please others to your own detriment.
